Homestead Set Up Fee: Discounted for Educational/Nonprofit Organizations
Homesteads are available to Residents and organizations that already own a full island. A Homestead is approximately 65K square meters, prim count is up to 5000 objects, and occupancy levels can accommodate a maximum of 20 avatars. The purchase price includes a one-time set-up fee of $79.50 USD and monthly recurring maintenance fees of $54.50. Your first month of maintenance is included in the set-up fee. (You will be prompted to select either a 6-month or 12-month billing period during the order process.) Please note that island maintenance fees must be paid in advance and will be included on the first invoice.
