Homestead Set Up Fee
Once you have met your minimum purchase requirement of five (5) full Regions/Islands, you may add Homesteads to your order. A Homestead is approximately 65K square meters, prim count is up to 5000 objects, and occupancy levels can accommodate a maximum of 20 avatars. The purchase price includes a one-time set-up fee of $159.00 USD and monthly recurring maintenance fees of $109.00. Your first month of maintenance is included in the set-up fee. You will be prompted to select either a 6-month or 12-month billing cycle during the order process. Please note that island maintenance fees must be paid in advance and will be included on the first invoice.
