Island Set Up Fee
A private island is approximately 65K square meters, prim count is up to 20,000 objects, and occupancy levels can accommodate a maximum of 100 avatars. The purchase price includes a one-time set-up fee of $348.00 USD and monthly recurring maintenance fees of $229.00. Your first month of maintenance is included in the set-up fee. You will be prompted to select either a 6-month or 12-month billing cycle during the order process. Please note that island maintenance fees must be paid in advance and will be included on the first invoice.
